This position will be based in an elementary school setting, supporting students in developing the skills needed for success in their academic environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Minnesota OT license

Must meet all local and state regulations for school-based occupational therapy

Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred
Job Duties May Include:

Conduct evaluations to assess students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy to support participation in school activities

Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to implement strategies

Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to therapy plans
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
-
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
