Requirements:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Florida OT license

Must meet all local and state requirements for school-based therapy

Strongly preferred: experience working with special education students and families
Typical Job Duties:

Conduct evaluations to assess students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Provide direct and consultative OT services in a school setting

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success

Monitor and document student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning

Support students in developing independence and classroom participation
