Blazer Jobs is currently seeking full-time School Social Workers for the upcoming 20252026 school year in Clarkston, Michigan. We are partnering with local schools to fill three maternity leave positions at the elementary and junior high levels.
These are full-time, onsite roles, and although exact start and end dates vary depending on the assignment, all are expected to begin between late August and mid-September 2025. Each assignment will continue for the duration of the respective maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

Provide social-emotional and behavioral support to students in elementary or junior high settings

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans

Collaborate with families, educators, and administrators to address student needs

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines

Deliver counseling services as needed
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work

Valid Michigan School Social Worker license or 310 Letter required

Previous school-based experience preferred
