Position Overview
In this school-based SLP role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Youll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitor progress, and promote communication skills that empower students in both academic and social settings.
Key Qualifications

Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered with appropriate district support

Familiarity with IEP development, data collection, and collaboration in school settings
What Youll Do

Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students across K12

Conduct screenings and evaluations for speech and language disorders

Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with IEP teams

Maintain timely documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators to support student growth
