Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are currently hiring a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to support a K12 caseload in Louisville, KY for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and educational teams to foster academic, behavioral, and emotional growth.
Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs

Participate in eligibility determinations and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
-
Support interventions for academic and behavioral challenges through data-driven practices
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement support plans

Promote mental health awareness and advocate for student well-being within the school setting
Requirements:

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
-
Active and valid School Psychologist license in the state of Kentucky

Experience working with K12 students preferred
-
Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP process, and response-to-intervention models
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
