Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Socorro, TX. This full-time, onsite position supports a K-12 caseload for the 20252026 school year and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop essential communication skills in an educational setting.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Implement speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Assist in the development and execution of therapy plans and interventions

Provide direct services to students in individual or group settings

Support documentation and data collection on student progress

Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student communication goals

Prepare and maintain therapy materials and equipment
Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Texas SLPA license
-
Experience working in a school-based setting preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, educators, and families
