What Youll Be Doing
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arlington, you will provide comprehensive therapy services to students with communication disorders. Your work will include conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and delivering evidence-based therapy that helps students succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities Include:

Conducting speech and language assessments

Writing and implementing IEP goals in collaboration with IEP teams

Providing direct therapy and consultative services

Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with state and district standards

Collaborating with educators, staff, and families to promote student success
Qualifications and Licensure
To be considered for this position, candidates must:

Hold or be eligible for a valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license

Possess a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Hold or be eligible for Texas Educator Certification for school-based services
-
CCC-SLP is preferred; CFs may be considered depending on district support

Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus
