Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect social-emotional support to elementary students

Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to implement IEP/504 plans

Conduct student assessments and support interventions for behavioral, emotional, or academic concerns

Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources

Promote a positive school climate through conflict resolution, advocacy, and student wellness initiatives
Required Qualifications:

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Work endorsement

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
