Job Overview What Youll Do:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K12 students in a school-based setting
-
Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and develop IEP goals
-
Work with students one-on-one and in small groups to support speech and language development
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote academic achievement and communication growth

Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
Qualifications & Certifications (Texas Requirements):

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Valid license through the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification may be required, depending on the district
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
