What Youll Be Doing
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Corpus Christi, you will assess and treat students with communication and language disorders. You'll be part of a collaborative educational team working to support students academic and social success through targeted interventions and individualized services.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Conducting evaluations and re-evaluations

Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Delivering therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Documenting progress and maintaining compliance

Collaborating with school teams, parents, and specialists
Qualifications and Licensure
To be considered for this position, candidates must:

Hold or be eligible for a valid Texas SLP license

Possess a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Be eligible for school-based certification through the Texas Education Agency
-
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered based on district availability
-
School-based experience is preferred, but not required
