Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a short-term, full-time contract opportunity in Woodbridge, NJ. This school-based role is set to run from September through December and offers the chance to work with a supportive district team while providing essential speech and language services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for eligible students
-
Deliver direct speech therapy services aligned with student goals
-
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Work closely with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student success
-
Address a variety of communication challenges, including articulation, fluency, and language processing
Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active New Jersey SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Must meet all state and local regulations for school-based SLPs
-
Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred

Experience with special education populations is highly valued
