Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is now hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team serving school districts in the Corpus Christi, TX area. This contract position offers competitive hourly pay, consistent weekly scheduling, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Conduct assessments to determine students functional levels and therapy needs

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student development and classroom participation

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Texas OT license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) preferred

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
