Job Description:
Join a dynamic Special Education Co-Op that serves 18 school districts! We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide support services for students with Autism and other special education needs. This role involves working closely with students, families, and school staff across multiple buildings, providing critical social work services that enhance students educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide social work services to approximately 30 students, mostly elementary-aged with Autism

Travel between multiple school sites as assigned

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to meet student needs

Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
