Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Virtual Contract | Cambridge, MD

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and motivated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, virtual school-based contract position supporting students in the Cambridge, Maryland area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SLP seeking to provide services remotely while making a meaningful impact on students communication and academic success.

Requirements:

Must meet all local and state licensure requirements for Speech Language Pathologists in Maryland
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Active Maryland state license and/or appropriate teaching certification
Prior experience providing virtual or teletherapy services preferred
Strong communication and technology skills

Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments through secure virtual platforms
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals for each student
Provide virtual speech-language therapy sessions to students in both individual and small group settings
Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams remotely
Utilize digital tools, evidence-based practices, and assistive technology to deliver effective online services
Support general education staff and families with strategies to encourage carryover of skills at home and in virtual classrooms
