About the Role
The Occupational Therapist will provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in educational settings, ensuring access to a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This position involves collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families to implement individualized programs aligned with students IEP goals.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans for students

Deliver direct interventions and consult with staff to support goal achievement

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state standards

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications

Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License (required)

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes

Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills
