Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience in school-based therapy or pediatric caseloads
Ability to design and implement IEPs in compliance with state and district guidelines Job Duties:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy sessions and classroom support
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
