Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to j in San Antonio, TX. This is a great opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services to students and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
- Conduct screenings, evaluate progress, and adjust therapy as needed.
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are appropriately implemented.
- Serve as a resource for faculty regarding communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
