Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, MondayFriday
About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students (Pre-K through 8th grade) across multiple school campuses in Albemarle, NC. This role requires on-campus service delivery only remote or hybrid options are not available.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct, in-person speech-language therapy services to students

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning

Perform evaluations, screenings, and assessments as needed

Document Present Levels of Performance (PLOPs) and develop individualized annual goals

Maintain accurate records using ECATS and school-approved digital tools (Google Suite, etc.)
Candidate Requirements:

Active North Carolina SLP Licensure (must be attached for consideration)

Proven experience working within school settings and with ECATS system

Familiarity with a diverse student population from early childhood through middle school

Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 50 students
