This position offers a meaningful opportunity to provide essential social-emotional and behavioral support to students in grades 35, maintaining a manageable caseload of approximately 20 students.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling to support students emotional and social needs

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention strategies

Conduct social development assessments and contribute to IEP meetings

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Offer crisis intervention and connect families with appropriate community resources

Support the schools overall social-emotional learning initiatives
