Speech Language Pathologist Job Duties

Provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication challenges

Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student achievement

Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for documentation and reporting

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student learning strategies
Federal and State Requirements

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Indiana SLP License and ASHA CCCs required

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
