Role Summary
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders that impact students' educational performance. You will work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide individualized support that helps students thrive in the classroom and beyond.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams
Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Valid license issued by the Tennessee Department of Health (required)
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills

Full-time, on-site in Chattanooga, TN
Hourly pay: $44$49/hour, depending on experience
