Speech-Language Pathologist Job Duties

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development

Track and document student progress and provide feedback to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements
Federal and State Requirements

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Georgia SLP license required; CCC-SLP preferred

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
