A K-12 school in Benton, KY is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a School Psychologist for the current school year on a contract basis. This role is essential to supporting student success through comprehensive psychological services, assessments, and interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and interpret assessment data for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and other support strategies
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide behavioral and mental health programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert recommendations
