A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Florissant, MO, supporting multiple K-12 school locations within a reputable district. This contract position runs through June 3, 2026, providing an engaging role in diverse educational settings, including middle school, elementary, and self-contained schools serving students with a range of speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students across Bernard Middle School, Riverview Elementary, and Southview School.
- Manage caseloads including up to 45 middle school students, some utilizing AAC devices.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Missouri state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
