A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Saint Louis, MO, serving K-12 students across multiple school locations. This full-time contract position runs from ASAP through June 3, 2026, with a 37.5-hour workweek. The role involves working onsite at several schools, including Bernard Middle School, Riverview Elementary, and Southview School, supporting diverse student populations from elementary through high school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Manage caseloads effectively, including students using AAC devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Missouri state license to practice as an SLP.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with K-12 students, including those in self-contained settings and with AAC devices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
