This full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic K-12 educational setting within Missouri. The role involves providing speech-language services across multiple schools serving diverse student populations, from elementary through middle school and a specialized self-contained setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students across Bernard Middle School, Riverview Elementary, and Southview School.
- Manage caseloads effectively, supporting approximately 45 students at Bernard Middle School including five students who use AAC devices.
- Adapt therapy plans for various school environments, including general education and self-contained settings.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educators to maximize student progress and communication outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to comply with state and district requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Missouri state license to practice as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Experience supporting K-12 students, especially in school settings.
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies is highly desirable.
