This opportunity seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide full-time, on-site services in a K-12 educational setting located in Saint Charles, MO. The position requires supporting students across multiple schools, including middle and elementary levels, as well as a self-contained setting serving ages K-21. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders to a diverse student population.
- Manage caseloads that may include students using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and comply with school district regulations.
- Apply evidence-based practices to promote communication skills and support educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Missouri state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).
- Demonstrated experience working with children in school settings.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
Work Details:
