Key Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with state licensure
- Strong background in school-based speech-language therapy
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with diverse student populations from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and diagnostics to determine student needs and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district guidelines and regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
