Role Summary
As an LSSP in El Paso, TX, you will provide psychological evaluations, counseling, and consultation services to support students academic and emotional needs. You will work collaboratively with IEP teams, teachers, and families to create safe and effective learning environments.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
Interpret assessment data and develop written reports
Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
Provide individual and group counseling as needed
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
Support crisis intervention and behavioral planning
Requirements (Texas)
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
Valid Texas LSSP licensure through the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
School-based experience preferred
