A K-12 school in New Rockford, ND, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person therapy services. This contract position runs through the current school year, offering a meaningful opportunity to support students' communication needs in a dynamic educational setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to K-12 students, addressing speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Administer assessments and interpret results to guide therapy strategies.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid North Dakota State Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric caseloads strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and collaborate with school personnel.
