A K-12 educational setting in Wedowee, AL is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position covering the current school year. This role is ideal for professionals holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and experienced in school-based therapy.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
Desired qualifications:
