Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, a student-centered mindset, and a commitment to supporting learners with a range of communication needs. You will work closely with educators, families, and support teams to deliver high-quality speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K12 students
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain clear documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance records
Support communication development across academic and social settings
Deliver services in alignment with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Delaware SLP license (or ability to obtain before the start date)
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
