School Psychologist Job Duties

Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services to students, staff, and families

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success

Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with district and state regulations
Federal and State Requirements

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited university

Active California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology required

Previous school-based experience preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
