About the Role:

School-based caseload across elementaryhigh school (assigned based on district need)

Provide direct therapy services and interventions to support students fine motor, sensory, and functional skills

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations; develop and implement IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation

Support students in accessing curriculum, classroom tasks, and school environments
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Maryland OT license required
-
Experience in school settings preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and caseload management skills
