A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Clermont, FL. This contract role runs through May 29, 2026, providing an opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment serving approximately 40 active students, along with consultation responsibilities. The position is based onsite at Lost Lake Elementary with a caseload focused on school-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children within K-12 settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to manage an active caseload and provide consultation support
- No SLPAs or CFY candidates accepted for this role
