Overview
Due to growth, a thriving outpatient clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist in Prince Frederick, MD. This is a full-time position with up to 40 hours per week available. Candidates with at least 32 hours of weekly availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate is personable, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome and will receive structured mentorship and support.
Caseload / Patient Population
The hired Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating a younger patient population for a general orthopedic caseload.
Average 12–14 patients per 8-hour day
One-on-one evaluations with manageable caseloads

Compensation and Benefits
$95,000 – $105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
No weekends. No major holidays!
Must be available to work until 7:00 p.m. three days per week

Job Requirements
Eligible for Maryland state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship provided
