Overview
Feltz Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist for pediatric outpatient care and optional home visits in South Nashville and Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Full-time availability is preferred, up to forty hours per week. Part-time candidates with at least six hours per week will also be considered.
Home visit schedules are flexible, allowing a mix of clinic and home-based care, or a home-visit-only schedule. Part-time home-visit candidates can grow to full-time as the caseload expands.
The ideal candidate is personable with strong communication skills. New graduate Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload and Patient Population
The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic pediatric outpatient setting with potential home care visits. Full-time PTs typically schedule 32 to 35 patient visits and treat an average of 25 patients per week.
Compensation and Benefits
Full-time positions start at approximately sixty-one thousand to eighty-five thousand dollars per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for additional incentives.

Work Schedule
The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. No weekends or major holidays are required. Some schedule flexibility is available based on the needs of the clinic and clinician.
Job Requirements
Eligible for Tennessee state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Prior pediatric experience preferred
New graduate PTs will be supported and mentored
Part-time candidates with six hours of availability will also be considered
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without restriction
