A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist serving K-12 students in a vibrant school district in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This contract position runs through the school calendar year, from ASAP until June 2, 2026, working approximately 35 hours per week within three district campuses. The role involves comprehensive psychological services including testing, counseling, and participation in student-focused meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for students across preschool to middle school levels
- Providing counseling and support services to address student behavioral and emotional needs
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans and interventions
- Participating actively in school meetings to support student well-being and academic success
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Active Florida Department of Health Psychologist licensure is required
- Proven experience working as a school psychologist with K-12 students
