A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide telespeech and teletherapy services for middle and high school students in the Danville, IL area. This contract position focuses on supporting students across multiple grade levels through remote therapy sessions. Immediate availability is preferred, with an assignment concluding in May 2025.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering specialized speech-language therapy to 7th and 8th graders within a middle school setting.
- Assisting high school students in grades 9 through 12, and providing support to students from Pre-K to 5th grade as needed.
- Managing caseloads effectively while collaborating remotely with school staff.
- Maintaining detailed records to document student progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proficiency in telespeech and teletherapy service delivery.
- Previous experience working with middle and high school populations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to support varied caseload needs.
Work schedule includes 35 hours per week, with a contract duration extending until May 27, 2025.
