An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in voice and teletherapy to support K-12 students within a public school district in Deatsville, AL. This contract position spans the current school year through May 22, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive speech-language services to students across multiple elementary and high schools. Assigned locations may include Percy Julian High School, Wares Ferry Elementary, Bear Magnet Elementary, Dannelly Elementary, and Davis Elementary. Caseloads range from 50 to 60 students, with specific school assignments determined by the clinicians experience and availability. Work will be conducted via voice and teletherapy delivery models, requiring proficiency in remote service provision.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current SLP licensure valid for practice in Alabama
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience delivering teletherapy and voice-related speech-language services in a K-12 environment
- Ability to manage caseloads between 50 and 60 students effectively
