A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available to support students across four different K-12 school sites in Novato, CA. This contract role begins on January 5, 2026, and concludes on June 11, 2026, providing essential support in a dynamic educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy assistance to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Support speech and language goals in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with school staff and families to deliver consistent, effective interventions.
- Manage caseloads across multiple school sites, adapting to varied schedules and student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license for the state of California is required and must be current at the time of application.
- Experience working in a school setting supporting K-12 students preferred.
- Ability to work onsite at multiple school locations within Novato.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location:

Schedule:
- Full-time, 30 hours per week.
