Overview:
Due to continued growth, a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team in El Paso, TX. Full-time is required, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 35 hours of availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Profit sharing is available based on productivity.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The candidate must be available to work until 6:30 PM at least two days per week. There are no weekend or major holiday shifts. Flexible scheduling is available, including options such as four 10-hour days or a combination of three 10-hour days and two 5-hour days.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for TX state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
