This opportunity is for two Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students across multiple campuses in the San Antonio, TX area. These contract positions offer a split caseload between high school and elementary school settings within a large, established school district. The assignments include both full-time and part-time options, providing flexibility to match your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders for students across grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of speech services.
Desired Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Professional License and current CCC certification in Speech Language Pathology.
- Experience working in school settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with staff and families.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload involving both elementary and high school students.
- Flexibility to work onsite with part-time (20 hours/week) and full-time (37.5 hours/week) schedules available.
