Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized services in an elementary school setting in Conway, AR. This contract position will run through the current school year, supporting a preschool caseload across multiple campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to 36-40 students across 3-4 campuses, focusing primarily on preschool-aged children.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Perform comprehensive assessments and document student progress.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing and school district policies.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required; candidates on SLP-CFY status cannot be considered due to supervision limitations.
- Experience working with elementary and preschool-aged children in school settings.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques and educational regulations.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently across multiple campuses.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential.
Location: Conway, Arkansas, onsite position only.
Work Hours and Duration: Full-time position (35 hours per week) from ASAP through May 21, 2026.
