This opportunity offers a part-time Physical Therapist position in a K-12 school environment located in Greene County, Pennsylvania. The contract runs from ASAP through June 16, 2026, with a commitment of approximately 9 hours per week. This role is onsite and involves serving a K-12 caseload, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the physical development and well-being of students across a diverse age range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state licensure requirements and school policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently within the part-time schedule
- Commitment to promoting inclusive and supportive therapy interventions
