Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy to students in school settings
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings regarding student IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Travel between assigned schools within the region to deliver services efficiently
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working within educational settings, ideally with pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel
