This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide specialized therapeutic services within school settings. Serving schools across the Buffalo, NY area, this position requires commitment to travel between various educational facilities to deliver effective OT interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students occupational therapy needs in educational environments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and education professionals to support student progress
- Monitor student improvements and modify treatment strategies as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state therapy regulations
- Travel between assigned schools to provide consistent therapy services
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed or certified Occupational Therapist with experience working in school settings
