This position involves working directly with students to enhance their functional abilities and promote independence, incorporating therapeutic techniques tailored to each childs unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to support student development and learning
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create holistic intervention strategies
- Implement therapy sessions that improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school regulations and policies
- Commit to travel between school locations as required
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with current state certification
