Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on therapeutic techniques.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with relevant state certification.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in schools.
- Ability to travel as needed to support multiple locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
