Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position seeks an experienced School Psychologist to provide psychological services within a school setting in Minnetonka, MN. The role involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and students to support and enhance student learning and well-being. Occasional travel is required to serve multiple school locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Attend meetings, workshops, and trainings to stay current with best practices
- Travel between assigned schools to deliver consistent psychological services
Qualifications:
- Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands effectively
- Willingness to travel between school sites as needed
